The story of Optex Co., LTD begins in 1979 in Japan. The company really took off in only one year since it managed to certify its first innovation (1980). A few years later, Optex expanded to the western hemisphere by founding Optex INC (U.S.A. California). A few more subsidiaries were founded in the upcoming years (United Kingdom 1991, Hong Kong 1994, Taiwan 1997) and skyrocketed the company in the worldwide market.
